The singer spoke candidly about her life.

Anna Sedokova joined the VIA Gra group in 2002. Later, the composition formed then – she, Granovskaya and Brezhnev – was called “golden”. Therefore, when the beauty decided to leave the team, many after her said: “You alone will not achieve anything.”

But Anna Sedokova achieved it. Her songs are spinning at the top of the charts, the star managed to work as a TV presenter, participate in many TV projects and even write a book.

Speaking to PopCornNews, the singer recalled the times as part of VIA Gra, talked about health issues and offered advice on how to stay attractive all the time.

– Anna, now the topic of relations between men and women in society is more acute than ever. Were there any unpleasant moments during your work at VIA Gre associated with the opposite sex?

“At that time I was an excellent student and generally a very good girl from a strict family. That’s why push-up suits looked like masked outfits to me. Yes, there was a lot of attention from men, and I wasn’t used to that. But none of that mattered to me, I just wanted to work.

It’s been 20 years since my gigs with the band. And now it seems to me that then everything was fine. And if someone holds unpleasant moments for decades, and then begins to recall them, then it seems to me that something is going wrong in the lives of these people. Personally, I have only good memories of VIA Groy.

– You look great. What makes you stay so attractive and young?

There is nothing more important than sports. Firstly, it provokes the release of the necessary hormones, and secondly, it gives self-confidence. Whenever I have a difficult situation in my life, I think, “I need to go to the gym and get myself and my brain in order.” Well, and children, of course, always give you the opportunity to stay young. Plus convenience in life: if you treat everything more easily, then you will be beautiful and attractive for longer.

– You mentioned in your social networks that you suffer from hives. Judging by the photos, the situation is serious. How are you?

I have been living with hives for a long time. We have learned to live with her and to accept each other. In the beginning it was very difficult: Quincke’s edema, breathing problems. Just imagine – and from a beautiful girl you turn into Shrek. This is very difficult to accept.

I have several methods of dealing with hives. Firstly, I work on myself psychologically, and secondly, I give very expensive injections that take away the reactions of the disease for a while. The key is to stay positive and not get depressed. If you wind yourself up, you can reach the so-called “point of no return”. I was there and saw such darkness… I told myself I wouldn’t go there again.

— You actively manage your social networks and tell even the most personal things. Many people call such close work with the blog “window dressing” or PR. What is it for you?

I never believed in the phrase ‘happiness loves silence’. When you love or grieve someone, you can’t help but share that, especially with my level of openness. When I talk about my problem, I get a lot of support from people with the same life situations. They tell me how to deal with it, give advice and it becomes easier for me. So for me, social media is a way to recover. But of course I’m not talking about everything: 90 percent of life takes place behind the scenes.

You have three wonderful children: two daughters and a son. Is raising girls different from raising boys?

Children are both joy and pain. For example, when Hector was born, I wasn’t home as often as I am now, and that worried me. Now I spend much more time with children. Yes, and Janis helps a lot: all the same, the guys should be brought up by a man and set a positive example for him. I am very proud to have such a man who, in any situation, remains a support for the whole family.

What are your plans for the coming months?

My kids and I will rest for part of the summer, but overall there’s a lot of work. Now I’m recording a Spanish album and duets, and soon one of the most beautiful compositions of my career, “The Fifth Corner” will be released. She is very personal and special.

I also spend a lot of time recording the podcast “I am strong. I can handle it”. These are the stories of great professionals who give advice to listeners: legal, psychological, financial and others. I really want to be useful to society and return all the support that people have given me throughout the years of my career I believe my podcast will help thousands of listeners get back on their feet and make the right decisions in life.
