Fantastic thriller “Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness” has crossed the $500 million mark.
The tape has already earned $507.8 million worldwide. The blockbuster is very popular in South Korea, Great Britain and Mexico. Americans gave movie theaters $214 million for the opportunity to watch a new Marvel action movie, Deadline writes.
The second part of the story about the once successful neurosurgeon Doctor Strange, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen, premiered on May 5. The tape was shown not only in Russia because of the departure of Hollywood studios, but also in China because of a frame with a newspaper criticizing the activities of the main party of the PRC.
Many critics called the second part of “Doctor Strange” the first horror film of the famous film studio. Directed by Sam Raimi managed to make a really bleak and terrifying action movie.
