The Moscow Arbitration Court has ruled in the case of Grigory Leps. According to the court order, the singer has to pay more than 51 million rubles, or $758 thousand, in the lawsuit against the company Totaloil, which sells fuels and lubricants.
Initially, the company demanded more than 55 million or 500 thousand dollars from the musician. According to the complainant, the artist received the money in the form of a loan of 7% per year, but never returned anything. The lawsuit was filed in the Moscow court in April last year, after which the proceedings began.
The decision has not yet entered into force, the singer still has a month to appeal against it, writes RIA Novosti. The artist himself did not comment on the situation.
