The Army recruit slammed his haters in an Instagram post on Wednesday, insisting that producers “forced” him to make lewd comments about his former bride.

“Within the show, I was forced to do and say things and threatened to be sued if I didn’t,” he wrote in a lengthy post about his stories.

‘Moreover, [I was] I was not allowed to talk to the media for two years or I would be sued for pushing my competition on the show to let all the media tell their story.
