Ellie Spence has revealed her surgery plans and admitted she felt “anxious” while starring on Love Island.
The 25-year-old business development director, who burst into the villa, said she would no longer talk about her experience on the ITV show as it “gave her a tight chest”.
In a new YouTube video, she explained in a candid update how she feels her personality has “shrunk” since entering the South African mansion.
Ellie added that she was going to have cosmetic surgery on her ears because she “couldn’t take it.”
She began: “I actually get my ears pinned because I can’t stand my ears.”

Ellie added: “It’s the last bit of Love Island content because I don’t know if you’ll be able to see it, but it just scares me.
“I get tightness in the chest and just feel anxious when I talk about it as if so much happened behind closed doors.
“I just feel like I’m really ready and I try to put on a brave face when I talk about it. But I’m really just ready to move on.
“When I start talking about other things, I feel my personality come back. And then when I talk about Love Island, I feel my personality shrink into a ****** non-existent shed.
Ellie was evicted from the villa in week four along with partner Jordan Odofin after receiving the fewest public votes.
The three couples with the fewest votes were in the running before it was revealed that Ellie and Jordan received the least public support.
Tom Clare and Samie Elishi, and Olivia Hawkins and Kai Fagan were the other couples in the bottom three.
After the results of the vote were announced, Ellie and Jordan both tried to remain optimistic about the departure.

Ellie said: “I feel like I’ve found my man and I’m sad to have to go, but it’s been a great experience.”
“I think we both came here looking for love, but we both found a friendship with each other, so it’s nice.”
Ellie and Jordan were both bombshells and arrived at the mansion on days 10 and 17 respectively, but neither found romance.
After her elimination, Ellie said: “It was such a shock to us all, I didn’t expect a spill to happen that night, me and the girls just couldn’t believe it.”
