Bangers and Cash’s Derek Mathewson has reportedly left his wife Sue (40) for an affair with a colleague who is 26 years his junior.
According to The Sun, the 71-year-old star of the British TV car auction series became close to married colleague Vicki Ivens, 45, after they worked together in his family business in Yorkshire.
Vicki worked in the Mathewsons office and, like Sue, also 71, made a number of appearances on the show.
It is believed that their budding relationship broke down when they were faced with devastating phone bills.
A source told the publication: “Sue showed up with Nicholas last month [Vicki’s husband] with a list of telephone numbers.

“He checked his account and there were about 180 calls between them in three weeks.
“He confronted Vicki and she said she was glad he found out and she was glad she didn’t have to lie anymore.”
Sue, with whom Derek shares grown-up sons Paul and Dave, gave Vicki marching orders to her company and now reportedly works at Flamingo Land theme park.
She and Nicholas (20) are now divorced and apparently spend their evenings with new love Derek.
MailOnline has reached out to representatives for Derek and the show for comment.
The show is a huge hit with viewers, with Mail Online’s Christopher Stevens describing it as “a car enthusiast’s bliss”.
