Nadia revealed the ITV stars actually share an “intense” friendship and bond during the day as they share their “own experiences and own thoughts” on the show and in meetings, which has helped them grow closer.

She continued: “I love being part of the panel, getting to know people over such a long period of time and the intensity. When we meet, there’s no show until we meet – the show comes out of us own experiences, our own thoughts, so to have an intense friendship is amazing.”

Nadia gushed about how she made “great friends” on the show and “wouldn’t have had a friend like Kay Adams and Jane Moore in a million years” if she hadn’t joined because they “would never have met not.” ”

It comes after Denise Welch slammed rumors of a feud with her Loose Women co-stars earlier this month.

Speaking to The Sun, the former Corrie star, 64, insisted there was no “behind-the-scenes feud” despite some “spirited debates” on air.

“I’m not afraid to be passionate and committed to something, we all have different views, we’re good friends,” she explained.

“I get upset when people try to explain that we’re always fighting behind the scenes.”

She added: “I haven’t had an argument with one of them in 20 years, but we have very lively debates.”

Last month, Loose Women was thrown into chaos after Denise and Jane Moore fell out over Prince Harry.

The panel discussed a leaked extract from his biography, Spare, in which the Duke of Sussex accused his brother, Prince William, of physical assault.

Denise angrily defended Harry, calling herself “Team Harry and Meghan”, but was pushed back by Jane, who described his claims as “hurtful”.

Denise told Jane she found it “strange” that she was “so anti-Harry and Meghan” given her years as a royal correspondent.

“Why won’t Harry say his peace, Jane? I think he had to leave a family, they did it behind his back,” she shot.

Jane interjected, arguing that Harry was just “making money,” before Denise shot back, “Jane, you talked to me about getting involved.”

“The fact is, the royal family makes quite a lot of money themselves,” she continued.

“They leaked stories. We know they have it. Once Meghan was considered the people’s princess, it was over, as William and Kate must remain in those positions.

“Meghan has been on the world stage with charities in these spaces, she didn’t just do it when she married Harry.

“I think you should do what you want. Tell your story, because I think it’s definitely the worst thing that happened to them.”

“Tell your story, but don’t sell it. Is it blind support or do you accept that they made mistakes,” Jane replied.

Meanwhile, in August 2020, Denise was reported to have unfollowed Coleen Nolan after her manager called Nadia Sawalha “mean” and a “witch”.

However, she now follows her co-player.
