Samantha Markle is suing for defamation, according to court documents, which is based on patently false and malicious statements made by her stepsister to a global audience. She also found defamation in the 2020 book In Search of Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of the Modern Royal Family. The Duchess’s sister also denies she didn’t care for Markle and is seeking $75,000 in damages and a jury trial, reports Entertainment tonight.
It is worth noting that in March the sister had already filed a lawsuit against the Duchess. Then Markle reacted rather evasively to this. I wonder what she will say this time.
