Who’s going to shoot the never-ending action movie with Vin Diesel?
The director of five street racing films, Justin Lin, has stepped down as director of the Fast and Furious franchise. He probably had had enough of the same kind of militants.
Nevertheless, Lin remains the producer of the project. The director left his previous position due to a conflict with the artists. This is reported by the publication Deadline.
Lin thanked Universal for their support in making a difficult decision for him. Justin was able to work with the best actors in the film industry for ten years, recording the best stunts and car chases. Who will take his place in the director’s chair of the tenth part of “Fast and the Furious” is still a mystery.
“Personally, as a child of Asian immigrants, I am proud to have contributed to creating the most diverse franchise in cinema history,” said Justin Lin.
