Lizzo was seen swimming with sharks in a series of social media clips she uploaded on Sunday on a tropical vacation in a series of TikTok clips.
“I’m terrified to swim with the sharks,” the 34-year-old singer said in a clip as she boarded a boat for the task she eventually took on.
“I finally have the courage to swim with the sharks, they only eat fish, they don’t like the taste of people,” said the entertainer.

The singer took to social media on Sunday when she said the concept of cancellation culture has been exploited to the point of “appropriation”.
In a tweet on Sunday, she said: “This may be arbitrary timing to say this, but it’s on my heart… Abandoning culture is appropriation.
“There was real outrage from really marginalized people and now it’s trendy, abusive and misleading.”
The Grammy-winning artist, whose real name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, said she hopes society “can grow out of this and focus our outrage on the real issues.”

Lizzo took to TikTok on Friday to talk about what she called a “tired” “body” debate that has no resolution and recited a list of comments she’s received about herself.
She said: “I’ve seen comments like, ‘Oh my god, I liked you when you were fat, why did you lose weight?’ to “Oh my god why did you get a BBL? I always liked your body” to “Oh my god you are so tall you need to lose weight but for your health” to “Oh my god you are so small you should get a ** or T ** ties or something” to “oh my god why did she do all the work? It’s too much work.”
Lizzo asked her followers: “Do you see the deception? Do you realize artists are not here to meet your standards of beauty? Artists are here to create art. And this body is art.”
