Hilaria gave birth to her latest baby Ilaria in September and recently revealed that after having seven children, she wants her husband to have a vasectomy.
She told Extra “hopefully we’re done” with babies, as she gestured with a wink, adding: “But Alec still has to do his part.”
Hilaria, who celebrated her 10th wedding anniversary with Alec in June, said: “So if he doesn’t do his part, sometimes things can happen.”
Ireland, meanwhile, has yet to publicly announce exactly when their first child is expected in the new year.
