American blogger Braden Peters is facing new details in a Massachusetts court after an 18-year-old influencer filed a lawsuit accusing him of rape.
The civil lawsuit against the 20-year-old content creator was brought by blogger Alora Ziva, whose real name is Alexandra Vasilevna Mendoza, according to court information reported by The Sun. Mendoza stated that the traumatic incident occurred when she was 16 years old.
According to the filing, the two had communicated online for a year before agreeing to meet at Peters' home to host a joint stream on Twitch. Mendoza stated that Peters convinced her to meet by promising that the collaborative live broadcast would help promote her online platform and gain her a large number of followers.
Twitch is an online live-streaming service widely used by digital creators and influencers to broadcast live video content directly to public audiences. High-profile collaborations on the platform are frequently used by growing influencers to expand their digital reach.
Allegations of Livestream Assault
The lawsuit details how the meeting escalated during the live broadcast. Mendoza stated that Peters got her drunk on vodka before taking her into a room where he sexually assaulted her.
Following the initial assault, Peters allegedly launched a second live broadcast on the platform. The lawsuit states that he then forcibly injected a fat-dissolving drug mixed with methamphetamine into Mendoza's face.
Methamphetamine is a powerful and highly addictive stimulant drug affecting the central nervous system. Fat-dissolving injections are cosmetic procedures designed to break down localized fat deposits, which require controlled medical application.
Mendoza admitted in her filing that she was initially afraid to report the traumatic event. She explained that her fear caused her to wait some time before contacting law enforcement authorities to report what had taken place.
Looksmaxxing Trend and Legal Charges
Peters built an online following as an ideologist of the looksmaxxing trend, earning him a reputation across social media platforms where users dubbed him the most beautiful man in the world. Looksmaxxing refers to an online subculture focused on attempting to maximize physical appearance through grooming, fitness, and cosmetic interventions.
State prosecutors in Massachusetts previously brought criminal charges against Peters in connection with the incident. The charges against the influencer include rape, the use of drugs for the purpose of sexual exploitation, and purchasing alcohol for a minor.

A court hearing in the case against Peters is scheduled to take place on October 14.
