There are many clichés about hair color: hot brunettes, cunning reds, arrogant blondes. Often they are invented by society and do not play any role. However, the research at the University of Augsburg showed that natural hair color directly affects the character of the person. We decided to find out if the shadow of the wires can determine the personality traits.
Brunettes
According to the study of the same university, the majority of those who go to the military are dark hair. They are more aggressive than others and they are more frequently angry. Psychologists say that brunettes give an intellectual impression. It is not in vain that the most intelligent characters in series and movies have dark hair. For example, Professor of Money Heist, Sherlock Holmes, Thomas Shelby and others.
Brown hair
The University of Michigan-Dearborn performed an experiment: people bet on how much blondes, red and brown-haired women earn. Most of the respondents said that the salary of the second person was higher than the others. They are realistic, they are stable, they are confident, and often vaccinate people. This is probably because 70 %of the people in the world have dark hair.
blondes
They conducted an experiment at the University of Brittany-Sud: girls with different hair color went to a bar and met boys. Most men paid attention to blondes. Cosmetic World in Canada conducted a survey between 3,000 people: 35 %of the participants said that the most attractive people were blonde -haired people. They are social, gentle and associated with youth and beauty. For this reason, Aphrodite (Greek goddess of love and beauty) was depicted with golden curls.
Red
There are only 2 %of the red hair in the world. They are social, independent and often associated with fire. Massachusetts General Hospital, the research, melanocortin-1 (MC1R) gene showed that the red hair shows better to pain. It controls the production of melanin, a pigment that gives color to skin, hair and eyes. The “kiss of the sun” is usually associated with power and wisdom. The films confirm this: the princess in the “brave heart” cartoon, Cady from “Bad Girls”, Beth Harmon – “The Queen’s Walking”.
