Black eyeliner and red lips are perhaps one of the most popular and win-win combinations in makeup. Of course, from year to year, makeup changes under the influence of current trends: at one time the lips remain matte, at another they remain glossy, and the arrows acquire either an elaborate graphic shape or a soft one. One. However, the basis remains the same.

So how can we transform classic makeup to fit this season’s trends?

First of all, it is important to leave the skin as natural and velvety as possible by using powder with a “blurring” effect. Choose a cream blush, ideally a coral red, and blend it with a small, fluffy brush from the center of your cheeks to your temples. They will add freshness and lightness in combination with red lipstick, the shade of which goes slightly to orange or fuchsia (so-called Korean style).

Secondly, use a minimum amount of product for eye makeup: draw a thin arrow using a pencil and try to position its tail as horizontally as possible. Finally, apply some sheer gloss to the center of the eyelid to achieve a dewy effect.

Monochrome makeup in pink tones

Another universal makeup option for all occasions is pink monochrome. To create it, it is better to use powdery pink and pink caramel shades.

Eye make-up: Apply a shimmery creamy eyeshadow in rose gold all over the eyelid and eyelid. Use a chocolate-coloured eyeliner to highlight the lash contour and blend the line.

Matte makeup and glossy lips

When creating matte makeup, special attention should be paid to skin preparation. If the texture of the latter is not very smooth, you can use exfoliating pads or weak acid tonics, which first gently polish its surface. Then apply a serum with a drop of liquid highlighter to add shine from within.

Choose a foundation that has a solid, natural look. If the skin is oily, it is better to apply the matte tone with light tapping movements with a damp sponge. Use powder to set makeup: create a blur effect by working the entire surface in circular motions with a fluffy brush. You can complete your make-up by using matte stabilizer.

And of course the lips: Their glossy surface looks appropriate anytime, anywhere. Choose a gloss with the maximum amount of reflective particles. If you want a pure shine effect, use a colorless product. In this case, there is no need for lip pencil. Please remember that the skin of the lips should be as moisturized and nourished as possible.
