The summer’s eternal dilemma is to put on bright makeup or “I have enough SPF cream”. Let’s be honest, most of the time we don’t dare to choose the first option because at the end (and sometimes in the middle) of the day, the car turns into a pumpkin – only a sketch of the arrows remains and only a hint of the blush . That’s why we talked to the employees regardless of the heat and cold and learned the main secrets of long-lasting make-up.

How should you prepare your skin for make-up in summer?
First and most important – follow all the steps of skin care (cleansing, toning and moisturizing). And by the way, the last point applies even to owners of oily skin. If it is not moisturized, the sebaceous glands begin to work more intensively and unnecessary shine will appear faster.
to moisten use a light cream-gel or serumso as not to aggravate the skin. And be sure to remember the SPF. It should be applied after moisturizer and before makeup.
Remember the linings.. Use some on the T-zone to make the makeup last from early in the morning until late at night. For example, a matte liner. It does not make sense to apply it every day – this is an extra layer that the skin will not breathe. But for an important party, this is the perfect tool.
5 rules for long-lasting makeup

– Use light foundation. Ideally, water-based. These can be BB creams, CC creams or a tinted moisturizer often called a tinted moisturizer. Another option is to cover all under-eye imperfections and dark circles with a concealer. If the skin is oily, the foundation can be replaced with a mineral base. Its main difference from the classic is that it creates a more weightless and natural coverage.
– In the summer, the rule applies: the thinner the layers of all applied products, the longer the makeup will last. Do not use a large amount of product at once – if necessary, you can always apply a second thin layer of tonal.
– Finally, fix your make-up with transparent powder. First, spread the product evenly over the brush by rubbing a little on your hand, and only then apply it to your face – this way the powder will form a thin and weightless veil.
– Do not use soft wax eyeliners – they spread quickly and give a “panda effect”. Wax pencils should be reproduced with dry shadows. By the way, it’s like a cream blush. They are more saturated and pigmented, but to keep them well, fix with a dry product – transparent powder or dry blush.
– Use make-up fixer. It will bind all the layers together and extend the durability. Finally, spray the spray from a distance of 20-30 cm from the face.
What should you take with you from cosmetics to fix your makeup?
During the day, microbes accumulate on the skin, and by applying a layer of powder on top of it, we trap them in the skin and increase the risk of inflammation. Therefore, mop wipes are a must in summer. Gently removes excess shine from the skin without affecting make-up.
By the way, if you’re bothered by the stickiness of lipstick on your lips, here’s a lifehack: Apply the product and apply a mattifying tissue to your lips. So you get a trendy matte effect, but without the feeling of dryness from lipstick.
