Glossy, smooth, straight – this is how the hair usually looks after lamination. But its action ends sooner or later, and the strands “turn into a pumpkin” – they become brittle and damaged. We adhere to the rule of “shiny hair – healthy hair”, so we start our care from the inside – from the structure. Here are four steps and twice as many homemade shine products.
Phase one: mask

Anyone who has restored their hair at least once after dyeing or lightening knows that there is always a mask between shampoo and conditioner. This stage was created for those who have tried the color more than once and now want to restore the strands. It is distinguished by a richer composition than conditioner. Often in it you can find collagen, which is a complex of amino acids, keratin – these components help restore the structure of the hair from the inside, which certainly affects its condition from the outside.
Second stage: air conditioning

Hair conditioner is base. Whatever treatment is next, it always goes hand in hand with shampoo. Let’s explain why. After washing with any shampoo, the hair scales open and become more vulnerable to the external environment. On the contrary, conditioner closes these scales. In simple terms, this stage is needed to make the hair more manageable and less frizzy. For shine, look for vitamins, collagen, keratin, essential silicones and natural oils in conditioners.
Stage Three: Home Care

No-rinse care is the equal protection of hair from hot styling and cold wind. This means maintaining their healthy shine. Spray, serum or cream – the choice of product depends on the need. Lighter textured products are suitable for normal and healthy hair. These include sprays and serums. And more severe – for damaged ones. It can be creams and fillers.
Stage four (optional): hair oil

If, even after all the care steps, you still feel that the strands do not obey, electrify and do not want to lie in the right direction, then it’s time to oil. It will form a protective film on the hair surface and smooth the cuticle. As a result, the necessary moisture will be kept inside much longer, the strands will be moistened and healthy.
