Apostolos Lytras attends Athens Fashion Week with partner

Greek criminal defence lawyer Apostolos Lytras has made his first public appearance with his new partner, model Iliana Vicky Machremi, at Athens Fashion Week.

Lytras watched the runway presentation from the front row, offering visible support to Machremi as she walked the catwalk. Machremi, who works professionally in the fashion and modelling industry, took part in the show displaying new garments created by designer Elena Tsiklou for EL & JO Luxury Couture.

The joint outing confirmed that the lawyer has moved forward in his personal life following his recent separation. Athens Fashion Week serves as Greece's premier fashion gathering, drawing domestic designers, industry professionals and media figures to the capital each season.

Pageant career and television appearances

Machremi originates from Katerini, a city situated in northern Greece beneath Mount Olympus in the Pieria region. In addition to her commercial modelling contracts, she competed in the Miss Universe Greece contest in 2026, the national beauty pageant that selects the country's entrant for the worldwide Miss Universe competition.

Her work in front of television cameras also brought her widespread national attention late last year. In December 2025, she participated as a contestant on the Greek television game show Deal, navigating the box opening competition and ultimately leaving the studio with cash winnings of 15,000 euros.

Separation after brief marriage in Vari

The public debut of Lytras's new relationship comes only a few months after the breakdown of his marriage to Dora Papadopoulou. The former couple had celebrated their wedding in July 2025 at an event estate in Vari, a coastal suburb situated south of central Athens along the Attica coastline.

Their marriage proved to be short lived, with the pair deciding to separate and take different paths before reaching their first wedding anniversary.

Lytras is widely recognised across Greece as a prominent criminal defence attorney who has spent decades handling major legal proceedings before the Athens courts. His legal practice and appearances in prominent criminal trials have made him a regular presence in Greek national news coverage.
