Alix Earle used the final minutes of her new Netflix reality series to throw a Hail Mary: she called ex-boyfriend Braxton Berrios and asked him whether the two of them could ever get back together.
The moment closed out the season finale of Earle Meets World, which was released on Netflix on September 4. In the episode, the Reale Actives founder phoned Berrios, a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, and directly asked whether he still ruled out a reunion.
"I know that when we broke up, you said that there was like no chance that we would ever get back together," Earle told Berrios, referencing their 2025 split. "And that was just not an option. But, I feel like, it's in the back of my mind or something that I think about."
She continued: "And I don't know if it's the healthiest for me that I still feel like there's a possibility, or, I don't know. But I just wanted to know if you still feel the same way, 100 percent would never get back together, even if it's like a small percentage. Is that ever something that you think about?"
Berrios, 30, paused before answering. "Oh, Alix," he said, as the credits began to roll, leaving his response unresolved.
Who Are Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios
Earle, 25, first built a following as a TikTok personality before launching the skincare brand Reale Actives and, this year, her own Netflix docuseries following her life. Berrios, 30, is a wide receiver for the Dolphins in the NFL. The two dated publicly before splitting in 2025.
Earlier in the finale, Earle said she reached out to Berrios amid a feud with Alex Cooper, the podcaster known for hosting Call Her Daddy. "Basically, it led to him coming over and us talking," Earle told her mother, Alisa Maniaci, "for the first time since we broke up."
The Four-Hour Reunion Conversation
Earle said the conversation lasted four hours and unfolded with a level of honesty that wouldn't have been possible closer to the breakup. "It honestly went really well, we had a four-hour conversation," she said. "Just crying, being very honest. It was a very mature conversation. I don't think we would have been able to have this same honesty and acceptance if we had had it closer to the breakup."
As Earle explained it, having more distance from the split allowed both of them to actually hear each other out, rather than react defensively the way they might have right after they broke up.
"No Dignity At All"
Earle admitted she didn't hold back during the sit-down. "I really left the conversation with no dignity at all," she said of her approach. "I was like, 'I stalk you every day and every girl I've seen you with I've stalked a million times and I'm a stalker and a creep.'"
She also said Berrios told her he does not have a girlfriend, and that the two asked each other about their dating lives since the breakup. "We both asked about anything and I was like, 'Yeah...no. I've only gotten with one person and I went on one date and it went terribly, and that's been it,'" Earle said.
In a confessional interview, Earle said the conversation lifted a weight off her chest. "Before, it felt like we had a lot of bad blood," she said. "And now, I feel like we feel very supportive of each other."
A Public Relationship History
Earle and Berrios were first linked in 2023 and walked the red carpet together at the ESPY Awards that July, the annual ceremony that honors achievement in sports. Their relationship played out publicly in the months that followed: Berrios shared a photo of Earle supporting him from the sidelines in late September, Earle posted a birthday tribute to him in October, and the couple vacationed together in the Bahamas that November during the Dolphins' bye week.

The Earle Meets World finale ended without Berrios giving a direct answer to Earle's question about reconciling, and it remains unclear whether the former couple will get back together.
