A new Xiaomi power bank has cleared Chinese regulatory certification, revealing its full specifications ahead of any official announcement.
The Xiaomi PB2045MI carries a 20,000mAh (74Wh) capacity and supports two-way fast charging at up to 45 watts, according to data from China's 3C certification body. That is double the 22.5W charging speed of its predecessor.

The device includes a built-in USB Type-C cable along with one USB-C port and one USB-A port. Both USB-C connections can handle input and output at up to 45W each, while the USB-A port delivers up to 22.5W. When multiple ports are used at the same time, total output is capped at 15W (5V/3A).
The power bank also meets China's new GB 47372-2026 safety standard, which requires battery status readouts, a fault log, and device origin tracking.
Xiaomi has not said when it will officially announce the PB2045MI.
