Victoria Beckham and her husband David Beckham have enjoyed a date night in Portofino, Italy, returning to the swanky hotel where they stayed 29 years ago while secretly dating in 1997.
The 52-year-old fashion designer sizzled in a black lace gown that flashed her lingerie and bottom underneath, featuring a plunging neckline as she cosied up to her 51-year-old husband during the evening out.
David Beckham shared a picture of the romantic outing on social media, revealing that the location held special significance for the couple.
"29 years ago we came to portofino to this hotel before anyone knew we were dating and here we are back again @victoriabeckham Portofino 97," the former football captain wrote in his caption.
Italian Riviera holiday
The couple have been soaking up the sun with their family on a European jaunt, travelling aboard their £16million yacht, Seven, across the French and Italian Riviera.
Their evening out came just a day after the pair demonstrated their close family bond with their 15-year-old daughter Harper Beckham during a day out in Portofino.
During the daytime trip, David and Victoria put their arms around their teen daughter while taking selfies with a digital camera, before stopping at a table for ice cream where David let Harper try some of his dessert.
They were also joined in Portofino by their 23-year-old son Romeo Beckham and his 25-year-old girlfriend Kim Turnbull, who stopped by the table while taking a stroll through the local area.
Family trip and absent son
While Romeo and Harper joined their parents on the trip, the couple's 21-year-old son Cruz Beckham has also been on the holiday. However, their 27-year-old firstborn son Brooklyn Beckham was notably absent.
The Beckhams were previously famed for their close family bond before Brooklyn denounced his family in an explosive statement in January.
In the scathing statement, Brooklyn told the world he wanted nothing to do with "Brand Beckham," a claim to which David and Victoria have never publicly replied.
Romance origins in 1997
David and Victoria first began dating in 1997 after David requested to meet her after seeing her wearing a leather catsuit in the Spice Girls music video for Say You'll Be There.
Victoria, who was known to millions of fans as Posh Spice, admitted that nobody even wanted to date her before she was introduced to David at his request following a charity football match.
Recalling how he felt seeing her on television, David told The Sun of a conversation he had with a friend at the time.
"That's the girl for me and I'm going to get her!" David said. "She's my idea of perfection. I knew that if she wanted me, we would be together forever."
Engagement and high-profile wedding
In January 1998, just over a year after they met, the couple affectionately dubbed Posh and Becks ended weeks of speculation by announcing their engagement.
Speaking to Vogue in 2016, Victoria recalled their initial meeting in the Manchester United players' lounge.
"Love at first sight does exist. It will happen to you in the Manchester United players' lounge - although you will get a little drunk, so exact details are hazy," she said.
The couple later married in a spectacular wedding ceremony costing a reported £800,000, where both wore bold ensembles, with photographs from the big day featured in an OK! magazine spread and front cover story.
