On the beach, Noémie tells Enzo, Eliott and Salomé about her kidnapping. She claims she didn’t see her kidnapper’s face but was sure it was a man because she heard it on the phone, she. Salomé still thinks Chief Cardone is responsible for what happened. Enzo puts Swan back in suspect #1, which annoys his comrade who is defending his boyfriend.

At Double A, Joachim fixes the steam oven. Clotilde joins him and is surprised that he leaves so early without even saying hello to him. She said she went to buy him some equipment but refused to look at him during the discussion. They argue again and he eventually turns his back on her.

Big day at Table des Rivières for Tony and Gaëtan. They will meet the owner, accompanied by Laëtitia, who dreams of a false past for her ex-boyfriend. He will pose as one of the graduates of the institute who has worked as a chef all over the world. Upon arrival, the owner points out that Gaëtan has no experience. Laëtitia defends him, saying he is very motivated and able to adapt.

Noémie is already back in the kitchen. But she is not well and she trembles while making chocolate leaves. Chiefs Delobel and Teyssier join him and find him in tears. She says she’s back in the kitchen a little too quickly, but she tells them that while she’s locked up, she’s only thinking of recipes to avoid asking herself too many questions. Delobel finally agrees to attend the next event instead, and Teyssier warns her that she will not give him gifts.

The owner of Table des Rivière asks for details about the cafe’s future menu. Gaëtan and Tony try to communicate but find themselves very uncomfortable when he wants a snack.

Salomé joins Noémie in the kitchen. He insists that Cardone was responsible for her abduction, but the chief assures him that it wasn’t. She tells him she doesn’t want to talk about it anymore and lets the police handle the case, but Salomé continues to question her. Noémie finally remembers sniffing pastries and green tangerine essential oil while in isolation.

Antoine called Joachim and Clotilde to get the situation. He tells them that the students talked about their disagreements. Chief Armand makes sure everything works out, but his friend asks him to no longer work with the woman who treated him like a slave. The voice rises and Antoine calms the game by reminding that the institute will have to fire Joachim if they don’t fix their problems.

Swan and Salomé are chatting by the pool. He tells her about the finale, and he doesn’t understand how he could be so calm when the doubt fell on him again. Salomé fires Chief Cardone, whom she calls a sadist and psychopath. He wants her dead before being interrupted by the main interested party released by the police.

Tony and Gaëtan grapple in the kitchen. They miss the dough for their zucchini fritters and decide to serve only the croque-monsieur. However, they realize that they are not supervising the cooking and they are burned. Yet they serve it out of time, scraping the burns and stating that this roasted flavor is sought after. Laëtitia is ecstatic and the owner finally approves of the two friends’ project.

Chief Cardone decides to return to rivalry with Swan. He later finds Salomé and walks hand in hand with her. Enzo and Anaïs pass them by, and Teyssier’s second goes crazy, saying that Swan is the kidnapper. He is enraged by Salomé, who refuses to face the truth, and Swan, who tries to blame him instead.

In Double A, Tom can’t run a blender. Refusing to call Joachim, Clotilde decides to take care of the problem alone. He’s about to dip his fingers into the bowl when his friend interrupts him with difficulty. He manages to find the fault and fix it. They discuss their arguments and decide to come up with some rules for working together.

Anais and Salomé will practice in the kitchen. When they arrive, they smell citrus, and Salomé recognizes the essential oil of green tangerine. He tells Anaïs about his argument with Noémie. They rush to check the program and discover that Swan was there before them.
