Tracy Tutor Joins Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Cast

Tracy Tutor has joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for season 16 following Amanda Frances's departure from the Bravo reality series.

Tracy Tutor Joins Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Cast

Tracy Tutor has joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for season 16, confirming her new reality television role on social media.

The 51-year-old luxury real estate agent confirmed the news on Instagram on August 19, sharing a photo alongside a diamond emoji. Tutor expressed excitement about opening up her personal and professional life to viewers after selling high-end properties in the area for years.

"The secret’s officially out," Tutor wrote. "I’m joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I could not be more excited for this next chapter." She added that Beverly Hills is home, where she raised her daughters, 20-year-old Juliet Maltas and 17-year-old Scarlett Maltas, whom she shares with ex-husband Jason Maltas. Tutor admitted she felt both nervous and excited for the gig, remarking she was "absolutely" ready to "get into some trouble."

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is a hit unscripted reality television series on the Bravo network that follows the opulent lives of prominent women in Southern California. Tutor joins the ensemble following the departure of Amanda Frances, who exited the show after season 15. A California native, Tutor previously starred for five seasons on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, a reality series documenting top real estate agents closing major property deals.

Past Hints and Bravolebrity Connections

Tutor's arrival on the flagship reality franchise comes after months of fan speculation. During a 2023 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with host Andy Cohen, Tutor stated she would "100 percent" be willing to "bring a little heat" to the show. At the time, she noted that she knew many of the cast members, adding, "I know a lot of the women on the show, and I love them all...not equally."

Her existing social network in Beverly Hills includes a friendly relationship with long-standing cast member Kyle Richards. Tutor connects with Richards through Richards' estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, who operates in the same high-stakes Los Angeles luxury real estate market.

Watch What Happens Live is Bravo's live late-night talk show where network stars frequently address cast changes, off-screen rivalries, and show rumors. Tutor's familiarity with the cast and real estate overlap made her a frequent subject of franchise crossover predictions among Bravo viewers.

Feud with Dorit Kemsley

Tutor has already generated friction with 50-year-old cast member Dorit Kemsley. The tension surfaced during a 2025 interview on the radio show Jeff Lewis Live, where Tutor voiced a less-than-flattering opinion of Kemsley and hinted at a desire to shake up the Beverly Hills friend group.

"I'm fairly certain, based on my knowledge, there's several people that haven't been paid by [Dorit], including my stylist, who I think she just tallied up with finally," Tutor alleged during the broadcast. She added, "And so she's got my people, yet she likes to throw shade and call me a tacky woman."

Kemsley responded to the claims during a subsequent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, calling Tutor's statements "hysterical." Kemsley dismissed the allegations that she does not pay her bills, criticizing Tutor for making accusations on a public platform.

"Tracy going on Jeff Lewis, who is the poster child for inviting anyone that has anything s--tty to say about me, her going on there and talking about something that she knows nothing about, it seems more like attention seeking than anything," Kemsley explained.

Marital Shifts and Personal Drama

Season 16 will feature major personal transitions for several returning cast members. Kyle Richards is currently balancing the planning of her daughter Alexia's highly anticipated wedding with ongoing marital separation. Richards is struggling with the decision of whether to officially end her marriage or salvage the relationship while attempting to move past years of public speculation.

Dorit Kemsley is similarly navigating a very public divorce. Kemsley is focused on rebuilding her life, managing her personal finances, and regaining control of her daily routine. As she works to repair her damaged friendship with Richards, Kemsley is leaning on new cast member Rachel Zoe for personal support.

Erika Jayne is entering the season after spending years working through personal hurdles and reclaiming her public narrative. Jayne is open to dating and finding a new partner to begin her next chapter. However, her ongoing recovery faces potential disruption as another lawsuit headline threatens her progress.

New Cast Dynamics and Reinventions

Marketing titan Bozoma Saint John is experiencing new beginnings as her personal life flourishes. After deciding to embark on an IVF journey, Saint John and her partner Keely are establishing a strong foundation together. Their plans include settling into a new home and celebrating an official engagement.

Fashion mogul Rachel Zoe joins the full group after being introduced by her longtime friend and neighbor Kathy Hilton. Navigating a divorce from her husband, who also serves as her longtime business partner, Zoe is single for the first time in her adult life. She is embracing her freedom and planning a "hot girl summer" with friends, determined not to let obstacles stand in her way.

Sutton Stracke is undergoing a complete personal reset after her ex-husband requested an annulment. Following recent fallouts with a former best friend and her trusted assistant, Stracke is trying on her maiden name for size and viewing the season as an opportunity to reinvent herself with a bold new identity.

Returning Socialites and Business Additions

Former housewife Amanda Frances leaves behind a memorable legacy on the series. The self-professed "money queen," who built a successful coaching empire and manifested a fairytale lifestyle, faced intense scrutiny when fellow cast members began digging deeper into her picture-perfect image prior to her departure.

Socialites Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly return to the series as official friends of the cast. The pair will bring their signature blend of extravagance, high society events, and comedic levity to the ensemble throughout season 16.

The cast is rounded out by luxury brand consultant and entrepreneur Natalie Swanston Fuller. An expert in fine living, Fuller joins the group to introduce her business perspective and high-end lifestyle to the Beverly Hills circle.
