Teresa Giudice revealed a rare bare-faced look on Instagram before undergoing a dramatic glam makeover for an event in Austin, Texas.
Makeup artist Frank Reyna posted the Instagram video on Sept. 19, capturing Giudice seated in a styling chair without makeup while wearing a velvet tracksuit.
Reyna swiped his hand across the camera lens to transition to a clip showing Giudice dressed in a gold sequined jumpsuit from Laura's Boutique & Bridal, complete with a glowy glam makeup look and a glossy nude lip.
Alongside the video post, Reyna wrote, "You're an absolute dream my queen."
Giudice, a television personality best known for her long-running role on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, married Luis Ruelas in 2022. While she frequently appears at public events wearing dramatic makeup, the 54-year-old reality star has previously spoken openly about altering her physical appearance.
Lip Fillers and Natural Appearance
Giudice previously reflected on her decision to dissolve her lip injections during a December 2024 interview with E! News, explaining that her hairdresser inspired the change.
"My hairdresser got hers dissolved," Giudice told E! News at the time. "I was like, 'I like the way your lips look.' I don't like to be the first Guinea pig to try anything. So I saw that my hairdresser did it, and it looked really good on her. I was like, 'Alright, I'm going to try that.' That's why I did it."
The reality star is a mother to four daughters, Gia Giudice, 25, Gabriella Giudice, 21, Milania Giudice, 20, and Audriana Giudice, 17, whom she shares with ex-husband Joe Giudice.
Giudice noted that her daughters encouraged her to stop receiving lip filler treatments. "I did like them before, but my kids were like, 'Ma, don't do anymore,'" she said. "I haven't done my lips in, I don't even know how long."
She added that her children were the main factor in making the change. "My kids, that's what made me do it, 'cause my kids were like don't do anymore," Giudice explained. "So I'm like, 'You know what, let me try something different.' So that's what I did."
Admitting to initial hesitation about the procedure, Giudice recalled feeling apprehensive before undergoing it. "I was scared 'cause I didn't know what it involved to dissolve," she admitted. "I was nervous about it, but it was really easy. They just injected. I didn't like the way my hairdresser did it, like the way hers looked, so I was nervous. But mine looked pretty good afterward."
