A Syrian refugee who groped lone women on the streets of a European city has been branded a predator online, Sky News reported.
Muhammad Sheikhy, 23, fled Syria and settled in a hotel in Falkirk, Scotland. In November 2025, he carried out two attacks on women just over 20 years old as they walked home late at night.

How the attacks unfolded
Sheikhy ran up to his victims, forcibly kissed them, then put his hands under their clothing and groped them. He then tried to exchange contact details with the women, but they managed to get away.
He was arrested soon afterward. In August 2026 he was sentenced to four years in prison, with the sheriff in court describing his actions as predatory.
