Prytkova urged men to avoid starting intimacy with direct stimulation of the clitoris. She explained that beginning with direct contact can cause discomfort and recommended starting with gentler physical touch on surrounding areas instead.

According to the sexologist, the initial phase of intimacy should focus on kissing the lower abdomen and the inner thighs of a woman. She added that men should maintain a steady approach rather than adopting a sharp or overly intense tempo.

When moving closer to the clitoral glans, which Prytkova described as the epicenter of arousal, she recommended using breath to create sensory contrast across the body. She explained that subtle shifts in temperature and airflow help heighten physical sensitivity.

Comfortable positions and pacing

Prytkova also emphasized that the physical comfort of the partner performing oral sex is essential for a good experience. She advised men to select a comfortable position before beginning so that intimacy does not cause muscle strain.

If a man develops neck pain or back fatigue during the process, the act transforms into a grueling ordeal rather than a source of pleasure, Prytkova noted. She stated that the man must also enjoy the experience for intimacy to be successful.

Role of foreplay in female pleasure

Sexology is the scientific study of human sexuality, including sexual behavior, physical intimacy, and relationship dynamics. Experts in sexology frequently emphasize that foreplay plays a fundamental role in female arousal by helping the body relax and increasing blood circulation to sensitive tissues.

The clitoris is an anatomical organ containing thousands of nerve endings dedicated entirely to female sexual pleasure. Medical research demonstrates that gradual stimulation and open communication between partners significantly enhance intimacy while preventing overstimulation.

Prytkova is not the only specialist to highlight the importance of proper pacing during intimate encounters. Sexologist De-Andrea Blaylock-Solar previously discussed the mechanics of female orgasm, urging men not to transition to penetration too quickly during sexual activity.
