Samsung has begun internal testing of One UI 9.5, the software shell intended for its upcoming Galaxy S27 Ultra flagship. A firmware build numbered S958USQU0AZH3 has been spotted on Samsung's servers, targeting the American version of the device.

The Galaxy S27 series is expected to ship with One UI 9.5 out of the box, following the same pattern as the Galaxy S26 lineup, which launched with One UI 8.5.
A public release is still far off. Samsung has not yet issued a stable version of One UI 9.0 for devices predating the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8. The public beta for One UI 9.0 is currently available only to Galaxy S26 owners.
If Samsung keeps to its usual schedule, public testing of One UI 9.5 could begin toward the end of the year, with a stable release expected alongside the Galaxy S27 series in 2027.
