The POCO F7 Pro, a smartphone from Xiaomi's POCO sub-brand, is available on AliExpress for 314 euros after a discount coupon, well below its 650-euro recommended retail price for the version with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.
Xiaomi's official store lists the POCO F7 Pro at 650 euros for the 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage configuration. On AliExpress the phone is already listed at 359 euros, and shoppers who apply the coupon code "ESSC45" can bring the price down to 314 euros, a saving of 45 euros. The coupon has limited validity, since AliExpress deactivates it once a set number of shoppers redeem it. The device ships free from Spain through Miravia, with delivery expected within about two days.
Display and design
The POCO F7 Pro has a simple but elegant design built around a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with WQHD+ resolution of 3,200 by 1,440 pixels. The screen reaches a maximum brightness of 3,200 nits and runs at a 120 Hz refresh rate for smoother motion.
Processor and performance
The phone runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. While the Snapdragon 8 Elite is currently Qualcomm's most advanced chip, the 8 Gen 3 remains a high-end processor capable of running demanding games, emulation, and photo and video editing for several years. Camera and durability
The camera is likely the phone's weakest point, as is common among more affordable smartphones, but the POCO F7 Pro still carries a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization. On durability, it holds an IP68 rating for splash and dust resistance, a feature not always found in phones in this price range.
