Olivia Attwood has revealed painful-looking marks on her back from cupping therapy as she embraces a new focus on wellness.
The former Love Island star, 35, took to Instagram on Thursday to share a mirror selfie in a white sports bra and grey tracksuit bottoms.
Captioning the post "Training hard," Attwood showed off her toned figure before sharing the aftermath of her treatment.
Cupping therapy involves a trained practitioner placing specialised cups on the skin to create suction. This negative pressure pulls the skin to increase localised blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote cellular repair.
Posting a photograph of her back covered in the circular marks left by the cups, she wrote: "And injuring myself lol."
Hotel trip and Harrods shopping
Following her gym session, the television presenter headed to the Bvlgari Hotel in Knightsbridge, London.
Rooms at the luxury hotel cost £800 a night. Attwood treated herself to chocolate-covered strawberries and a glass of Moet champagne, writing: "Anything for you princess (me to me)."
She later continued her day out with a shopping spree at nearby department store Harrods.
The wellness day comes as Attwood revealed she is considering undergoing further cosmetic surgery.
Contemplating another boob job
In an "oversharing" vlog posted earlier this week, the presenter told her followers she was contemplating replacing her breast implants.
Attwood has previously spoken openly about having cosmetic procedures and said she has had fillers "for years".
She said her decision to split from former fiancé Bradley Dack in January had made her reconsider whether she would have a child soon.
"Guys I have an exclusive for you, I'm getting cosmetic surgery," she said in the video. "No, I'm so joking. Am I? I don't know."
She added that watching the television programme Price Perfection had prompted her to think about surgery again.
"I'm like, 'do I want something? Do I feel left out?' I know it's not a frivolous decision. It's very big decision," she said.
"I was kind of getting to that point where I was like, do I need to redo my boobs? Like, have those implants been in too long now?
"But then I was like, am I going to have a baby? Then I was like, wait, now it looks like I really might not have a baby, so I might as well do it. I don't want to waste the money if I do have a baby. Whoa! I am oversharing."
Campaign shoot in latex
After getting ready for a campaign shoot later that day, Attwood posed in a leopard-print latex dress.
Telling fans she was off to a campaign, she said: "You know we love a campaign. This is my year of campaigning. I've been campaigning so hard. I might campaign to be prime minister next."
She described the project as a "dream collaboration" for a brand she had worn for years.
However, she joked with her team about eating fast food before putting on the restrictive outfit.
"Whose genius f*****g idea was it to eat McDonald's, then wear Latex. I feel like a sausage, a Cumberland sausage.... Very fun day, even if I was poured into latex after playing McDonald's," she said.
"Anyway.... Get your guesses in. What do you think it is? And what plastic surgery should I get? Joking."
Split from Bradley Dack
Following her separation from Dack, Attwood is now in a relationship with former The Only Way Is Essex cast member Pete Wicks. Wicks hard-launched their romance on social media last month.
Earlier in August, Attwood gave her first interview since her split from Dack, explaining why she did not make their marriage legally binding.
The couple married in a lavish 2023 ceremony broadcast by ITV, but ended their 12-year relationship in January after Attwood discovered Dack had been unfaithful.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan, she said she did not sign paperwork to protect her fortune because they experienced "teething issues" immediately after the wedding.
"My sister said to me, 'If it was a man who was sceptical about their partner’s honesty, and they didn’t legally bind themselves to a person, everyone would be like, "Good for you, because she would’ve taken half your money,"" she said.
"I did the same thing and they wanted to burn me at the f****** stake. Where would I be now [if we had signed?] It’s been hard enough untangling our lives."
Attwood said she spent years "living in a grey area" because she was blinded by love for the footballer, until a woman told her he had "gone back with a random girl" on a night out, and she realised "everything suddenly lined up".
Calling it the turning point, she said: "There was nowhere left for him to hide. As soon as I knew it had happened to me, I couldn’t stay. The only person I would be cheating is myself."
