The Nvidia RTX Spark N1X platform has appeared in the Geekbench 7 database in 18-core and 20-core configurations equipped with 64 GB of memory. Both systems were tested running Windows 11 on ARM.

The top N1X version features a 20-core processor with two 10-core clusters and a 4.0 GHz base frequency. Its integrated GPU on the Blackwell architecture features 6,144 CUDA cores. In Geekbench 7, this system scored 2,570 points in single-thread performance and 23,126 points in multi-thread testing.
The second configuration uses 18 cores in a 10+8 layout with a 3.9 GHz clock speed. This model includes 5,120 CUDA cores and 64 GB of memory, scoring 2,541 points in single-thread tests and 21,776 points in multi-thread tests.
Performance Comparison
The results allow a direct comparison with AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395, a processor for compact Windows systems that features 16 Zen 5 cores, Radeon 8060S graphics with 40 RDNA 3.5 compute units, and support for up to 128 GB of LPDDR5X memory. The Ryzen AI Max+ 395 averages about 2,429 points in single-core tests and 20,609 points in multi-core tests. The 20-core N1X proved roughly 6% faster in single-thread tasks and 12% faster across all cores.
The 16-core Intel Core Ultra X9 388H mobile Panther Lake processor with Arc B390 graphics scores about 2,767 points in single-core tests and 19,304 points in multi-core tests. The N1X falls about 7% behind Intel in single-thread speed but leads by roughly 20% when using all cores.
Apple M5 Max and AI Workloads
The new Nvidia chip remains behind Apple M5 Max. Based on 19 Geekbench 7 results, the 18-core M5 Max averages about 3,766 points in single-core tests and 35,527 points in multi-core tests, leaving the 20-core N1X trailing by about 32% and 35% respectively.
Geekbench primarily measures CPU performance, leaving the graphical capabilities of the N1X largely untested. While the Blackwell GPU with 6,144 CUDA cores may provide a major advantage in artificial intelligence tasks, Geekbench benchmark results do not reflect those capabilities, according to Videocardz reporting published by Dexter.
