A 72-year-old motorcyclist died on Saturday afternoon after a collision between a car and a motorcycle on the EN14 road in Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal.
According to Correio da Manha, the alert was raised at around 4 p.m. Firefighters from the Bombeiros Famalicenses were dispatched to the scene, supported by an emergency and resuscitation medical vehicle.
The victim received on-site assistance but did not survive the severity of his injuries.
The GNR, Portugal’s national guard, is investigating the circumstances of the accident.
