Lucy Watson Names Baby Girl Blair After Birth

Made In Chelsea star Lucy Watson has revealed the name of her newborn daughter, calling her Blair, one week after giving birth to her second child with husband James Dunmore.

Watson, 35, shared the news on Instagram on Sunday alongside a photo of the tot fast asleep in her arms, captioning the post simply "Blair," with a red rose emoji.

The reality star also shares a two-year-old son, Willoughby, with Dunmore and is an auntie to her sister Tiffany's two sons.

Second child with James Dunmore

Watson and Dunmore confirmed the birth of their daughter last week in an Instagram post captioned "and then there were 4…"

The Made In Chelsea star, 35, who announced her second pregnancy in April, welcomed her second child with husband James Dunmore earlier this month.

In one of the photos shared, Willoughby was pictured kissing his baby sister's head next to an "It's A Girl" balloon.

The birth came weeks after Watson joked "there is simply no more room" while showing off her baby bump in a sports bra and denim jeans, and after she posted a mirror selfie of her almost full-term bump in loungewear.

Last week, Lucy shared the happy news that she's given birth to her daughter in a sweet Instagram post

Gender reveal and pregnancy announcement

Watson revealed earlier in the summer that she was expecting a girl, sharing photos from a family holiday in which she wore a pink co-ord and cradled her bump alongside Willoughby. She wrote "We can't wait to meet you," along with a string of pink emojis.

Her sister and former Made In Chelsea co-star Tiffany Watson commented on the post, "Baby girl we can't wait to meet you!"

Earlier this summer, Lucy revealed the gender of her second child on Instagram as she shared a series of sweet photos during a family holiday

Watson announced she was pregnant with her second child in April, writing on Instagram that "our family is growing, nothing prepares you for seeing that word," and thanking Clearblue "for giving us that moment of clarity" in a sponsored post. Tiffany wrote in the comments, "Yay so excited for another bubba in the family," while former Made In Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo added, "Congratulations!!! Xxx"

Fertility struggle before Willoughby's birth

Watson met Dunmore on Made In Chelsea in 2015. The pair married six years later in Greece and welcomed Willoughby in 2024.

Earlier this year, Watson spoke about her struggle to conceive Willoughby on the Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast, telling host Giovanna Fletcher she was "definitely surprised" by how long it took her to fall pregnant.

"I found out that, on average, it takes a couple a year to get pregnant. And there was me thinking, 'Two or three months, it will happen.' When you're trying, every month feels like a year," she said. "You can have friends around you who got pregnant on their first try, and then you might have friends around you who are going through fertility issues."

Watson said she was "probably one of the last ones" among her friends to start trying, adding that half of them found it easy while the other half "really struggled."

"You never go into something thinking negatively... but I did go into it open-minded and knowing that it could go any way," she said. "I think that's why I was very proactive with testing and getting everything checked after six months of trying. I was like, 'I just want to check everything is okay because if it's not, it could be years.'"

Watson described her fertility tests as "invasive" and "not enjoyable," saying nearly every appointment brought a piece of negative news. "It was a very anxiety-inducing time. A lot of tears, a lot of feeling sorry for myself and thinking, 'Why me?' In retrospect, I actually had a really good journey, but you don't know what your journey is going to be like when you're in it," she said.

First pregnancy and Willoughby's birth

Watson announced her first pregnancy in September 2023, posing with Dunmore during a holiday in Mykonos and revealing they were expecting their "little miracle" after a three-year battle to conceive.

She announced Willoughby's birth in February 2024 without revealing his name at the time, sharing a black-and-white photo of herself cradling the newborn as Dunmore kissed her forehead. She captioned the post, "He's here 2/3/24." Tiffany commented, "My beautiful nephew love him so much."
