Spanish content creator Lucía Correa, a 20-year-old social media figure with nearly three million followers across TikTok and Instagram, has declared that her primary ambition in life is purchasing a house for her mother so she can retire from work.
Correa detailed her transition from a high school student posting casual daily updates to earning a full-time living from digital content, a rise that has built an audience of over 500,000 followers on Instagram alone.

The online personality began sharing videos while studying Spain's Bachillerato in Science and Technology, the two-year upper secondary education track that prepares Spanish students for university entrance. What started as an unscripted outlet to share her daily routine quickly gained traction among viewers facing similar academic pressures.
Reflecting on her trajectory, Correa noted that her entry into digital media occurred suddenly. Although she initially had no intention of pursuing a career on social platforms, she began treating content creation seriously in 2022 after noticing significant reach on her uploads. By 2024, she had turned her online presence into a full-time profession.

Early career and audience connection
Correa attributed her early audience connection to her candid discussions about school life. In her initial posts, she regularly shared her daily experiences in class, her struggles with challenging academic subjects, and her feelings of uncertainty regarding university degree selection. She maintained that despite her recent success, her approach to content remains grounded and authentic.
When developing new material, Correa analyzes her past successful posts to identify the reasons for their wide reach, using those insights to shape new content without repeating identical concepts. Although she works alongside a supporting team when needing guidance, she highlighted that primary creative ideas originate from her. She added that videos recorded directly to the camera without a script produce her highest reach and strongest audience bond.

Challenges and future ambitions
Addressing the broader impact of social media, Correa acknowledged that online platforms can affect body image and self-perception due to constant exposure to idealised stereotypes. She stressed the necessity of self-acceptance and noted that feeling confident requires ongoing personal work. Furthermore, she identified overexposure as the main disadvantage of her profession, pointing out that audiences frequently judge her entire personal life based on public posts.
Despite these challenges, Correa named the purchase of a house for her mother as her ultimate motivation, describing it as her sole dream. Looking toward the near future, she plans to live in Barcelona while sustaining her content creation career for as long as possible. Citing Paula Gonu as an early digital role model and Jessica Judith among her current inspirations, Correa described herself as highly sensitive and empathetic, identifying emotional stability as her main requirement for personal happiness.
