A few days ago, David Munoz won the award for best chef in the world according to The Best Chef Awards, an award he had already won in 2021 and which he received at home this time, as the gala was held at the Palacio de Cibeles. In this edition of the awards, Spain was the country with the highest number of new chefs present, followed by Italy and France. the winning chef arouses international and national interest in its avant-garde cuisine, which has also won it two other awards this year, such as the best restaurant in Madrid and the best chef voted by professionals. David Muñoz’s DiverXO restaurant is located in the capital’s financial area, near the Castellana. This particular place is home to some of the most innovative and avant-garde restaurants in the city.
