Stress, goodbye: how to deal with mental fatigue and start living a full life

Unfortunately, our hectic life, which requires constant decision-making, is not only fun and dynamic, but also very, very tiring. Sooner or later (preferably sooner, of course), the nervous system begins to give signals that it is time to go to the resort. And if everything is clear in the body – no one canceled a week of sun loungers and the sea, then where to go to return your “inner world” to a resourceful state? We have an answer.

Where?

On the shores of the Gulf of Finland, there is an innovative anti-aging facility “Pervaya Liniya”, where the mental health program was developed for the first time in Russia. How?

The first step of your stay at the resort is to discover the rich wellness program downloaded directly to your smartphone. This is followed by a check-up (in-depth examination of the body) and meeting with a personal consultant doctor. All medical staff of the facility for the first time in Russia! – Trained in the coaching approach when working with guests. This is the author’s development of the “First Line”: a mentor doctor not only creates an individual health strategy, but also creates an internal impulse, motivation for its implementation. The doctor stays in touch even after you leave the facility – you can always ask him a clarifying question or ask for advice.

All three days in the “First Line” are scheduled by the hour – breathing practices and wellness procedures including meditative, massages and sports activities, oxygen and cryocapsule sessions – and this is just the beginning of the list. According to the editors, the star of the program is WATSU mental-physical training. In simple terms, it can be called a relaxing massage in the water, but it is better to try it at least once.
