Kate Middleton pays tribute to brave soldiers on Armed Forces Day.
The Duchess of Cambridge, 40, wrote a personal message to celebrate the event using her Instagram account with Prince William.
He also shared new photos during a visit to a British Army base where he visited the Pirbright Training Academy to meet new recruits last November.
In a heartfelt message, he wrote: “Today, on the occasion of Armed Forces Day, William and I would like to pay homage to the brave men and women who have served in all our armed forces, past and present, at sea, on land and in the air, here in the UK and around the world.
The Duchess of Cambridge was in an army tank during her visit to the training base.

Dressed in khakis, Kate met new recruits and trainers on a trip to the Pirbright Training Academy last November.

He signed the message with a “C” to prove he sent it.
Celebrating her husband’s 40th birthday earlier this week, the Duchess wore a helmet in one photo and smiled cheekily in the other while meeting the soldiers in training.
Armed Forces Day is celebrated on the last Saturday of June each year to commemorate men and women who have served or are currently serving in the British army.
Kate proved once again that she loves to get in on the action while having fun and sipping a beer while visiting Cambridge with Prince William earlier this week.
