A mom is open about her body image issues since giving birth.
Fitness star Tiffiny Hall recently welcomed her second child Go into the World with husband Ed Kavalee.
But the 37-year-old mother of two admitted that it “isn’t easy” to deal with the “pressure” of bouncing back after having a child.
In a heartwarming video, Tiff said, “I’m standing in front of the mirror, looking at my new body with my big baby bump, Vada’s house, and it’s really hard to accept that it’s going to take time.”
The tearful influencer, who is also the mother of her four-year-old son Arnold, explained that “healing takes time.”
He added: “It also depends on the birth you had. I’ve got the stitches and all and it’s pretty painful.

Although her postpartum journey has been difficult, Tiff is thrilled with her baby girl.
He added: “She is absolutely stunning. She is worth it.
Fans praised Tiff for speaking so openly about the struggles of motherhood.
One said: “You and Vada are beautiful. Please show women an accurate representation of pregnancy recovery.
“It takes time, it’s worth it, of course, but it takes a heavy toll on our body. But we recover! “

Another wrote, “Thank you for being so honest about what most women look like after giving birth.
“It actually means a lot: you are an inspiration.”
And a third added, “Thank you so much for being so real… It’s so refreshing to normalize postpartum recovery for mothers-to-be.
