Winter breakfast festival BreakFest will be held in Moscow, St. Petersburg until January 31. It takes place in St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod and other cities of Russia. And this is the right opportunity to start the year with self-care. More than 300 participating restaurants across the country have prepared a special menu of five items in various price categories. Dishes from eggs, cereals, and dairy products were included, as well as desserts and freshly baked goods. Greek coffee, mortadella donuts and vanilla cheesecake – this is what a “holiday” breakfast somewhere by the sea usually looks like. But while we’re just dreaming of a holiday, you can get transportation to the resort without a passport or teleportation at the Afina restaurant at Patriarch’s. The festive menu here includes a variety of items inspired by Mediterranean cuisine: if there is an omelet, then only with shrimps, and croissants – not just with chocolate, but with Nutella cream and dates. Those who are always in a hurry can take a mushroom sandwich with them. And always for those who are losing weight, a “chocolate shell” with cherries, ice cream and Nutella from a wood oven, so that from now on such bad thoughts do not arise again.

Getting out of the city in winter is a real pleasure. Especially when it comes to Skolkovo and its most atmospheric project, Eno Bistro. Moscow region breakfasts are served here every weekend until 14:00. And immediately baked cheesecakes from oatmeal with cottage cheese and condensed milk. But the real hit was the buns, which were the first addition to the project’s kitchen. The desire to repeat the order or take an additional portion with you is guaranteed. However, we still recommend leaving room for dessert. There are crepes with Nutella and granola with matsoni. Suitable for all tastes and KBJU.

If you’re not ready to try food in the morning, head to Novikov Space. Breakfast is like home, only better. Oatmeal with poppy seeds instead of the usual sandwich, cheesecake with fruit or even toast with ham and Parmesan mousse – it seems like the perfect vitamin kit for a self-care day. But the main highlight of the menu is the special space cafe breakfast. Pinterest wasn’t even close.

Radio Greenhouse took care of those who did not have time for the capital’s early breakfasts, which ended when everyone woke up. They are here every day from noon until 16:00. Dirty chocolate coffee with spicy Turkish scrambled eggs and warm Arabic pita – and January doesn’t seem so gray anymore. We add salmon quiche and fermented milk casserole to the same order, and for dessert we add mini banana fritters and Nutella ice cream. And it’s even good that this is not an early breakfast, because it will also replace dinner.

Project chef Ilya Blagoveshchensky decided to completely abandon the concept of light breakfast in the festive menu. That’s why sausages, oatmeal and mushrooms are accompanied by chicken terrine with offal and pistachios; It’s an unpredictable homage to mortadella, which is added to every breakfast in the capital. For dessert, a krafle, a croissant baked in a waffle maker and filled with chocolate paste and stracciatella, is served. We hope the feelings of those who believe in French pastries were not hurt.
