Brioche – 150 g

Boiled eggs – 2 pieces

Homemade mayonnaise – 50 g

Green onion – 15 g

Turkey or chicken breast – 100 g

Ramiro pepper – 30 g

Maasdam – 30 g

Gherkin cucumber – 15 g

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the boiled egg, green onion into medium-sized cubes and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper as desired.
  2. Pre-roast the turkey or chicken
  3. We put egg salad, turkey or chicken, cheese, ramiro pepper, gherkins and some of the egg salad on the pastry.
  4. Heat the sandwich on both sides on the grill or in a skillet.

Whole grain bread – 80g

Garlic aioli – 50 g

Lettuce leaves – 20 g

Chicken fillet – 100 g

Sun dried tomatoes – 30 g

Garlic – 1 head

Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons

Grainy mustard – 1 tablespoon

Garlic Mayonnaise:

  1. Cut off the top of the garlic
  2. Place on a baking tray, add thyme and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Cover the garlic with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Then mix the grain mustard, garlic and mayonnaise in a blender.

Cooking method:

  1. Grill or fry chicken
  2. Then warm two slices of whole grain bread
  3. Spread half with garlic aioli, add lettuce, chicken and sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Then spread the sauce on the other half of the bread and close the sandwich.
