Margot Robbie reappears as Barbie. And she proved that true trends are no longer created out of nothing.

Recently, the movie industry has been talking about not only the sea and the sunset, but also the movie “Barbie” starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling. Nothing surprising, however – the outstanding cast, a million and one brilliant promotional posters, and the perfect work of the costume team are a must. And it looks like we’ll be hearing about the general barbiecore trend more than once. On the eve of Margot Robbie’s playfully appeared at the movie’s premiere in Los Angeles, referring directly to the doll’s outfit.

The actress opted for a custom pink Valentino polka dot dress and completed the outfit with pearl earrings and a bracelet, a yellow mini shoulder bag, and classic white heels—everything Barbie ordered. And by the way, the interesting thing does not stop with respecting the image of the doll. The designers of Italian House were inspired not only by Barbie’s outfit from the Pink & Fabulous collection (2015), but also by Dutch supermodel Karen Mulder’s dress from the brand’s 1993 spring-summer collection.

And we just love such trends – after all, it has long come to a logical conclusion when Kim Kardashian set a global trend for catsuits with the help of a photo on social networks. Now you need to get quality – great styling, competent work with archives, the right promotional integrations, and not only. Fortunately.
