If you do not know how to diversify the difficult everyday life, we advise you to try something new. For example, go to dinner in an Italian mood and a Russian spirit with the participation of outstanding chefs Christian Lorenzini and Konstantin Ivlev.
The event itself will be held on March 30 at the Christian restaurant. This evening, in a warm and homely atmosphere, guests will explore the unknown aspects of their favorite cuisines from a new perspective while chatting and cooking with the chefs.
The dinner program includes a special set menu consisting of several author’s portions in Russian and Italian traditions.
The gastronomic event will begin with Chef Ivlev complimenting the cucumber smoked catfish tartare. Then he offers a cold appetizer – king crab and pickled Pasio peppers with flat parsley oil.
Christian Lorenzini, the chef of Christian cuisine, will continue his gala dinner with cacho e pepe tagliolini pasta with smoked eggplant ala parmigiana sauce.
Hot food will be provided. The Italian version is cod in Livornese sauce with Ligurian olives, capers, thyme and charcoal grilled potato mousse. Russian – baked rabbit with mashed potatoes under smoked meat and powdered porcini mushrooms.
At the end of dinner – an exquisite dessert. Christian Lorenzini will prepare tiramisu with yogurt and saffron cream, pine nuts and black truffle.
IvlevGroup bartender Alexander Antipin will present to the author’s set menu specially prepared drinks for this evening that perfectly reveal the taste of the dishes.
