The day before, Chris Rock attended the Fox Theater show in Atlanta. Then not much time passed since the release of the video: the comedian decided to capture the moment and remembered it at a meeting with fans. “Everybody’s trying to be a goddamn victim. According to CNN, Chris said on set, “If everybody claims to be the victim, then nobody hears about the real victims.” No one who said they hurt him was punched in the face,” he said, referring to Sug Knight, co-founder of Death Row Records. Suga Knight is currently in jail. According to Hollywood Life, it happened in 2015 and was a hit with both Tupac Shakur and The Notorious BIG. Although he denied the intentional killing, which was said to be linked to his death, he did not deny it.

Recall that Will Smith made his comment on the Oscar scandal only a few months later. “It’s been a minute… I’ve done a lot of thought and work over the past few months. You asked a lot, but I needed time to find the right answers,” the actress began her video.
