Banijay UK chief executive Lucinda Hicks will leave the European-based manufacturing giant after 12 years and will be replaced by future chief executive Patrick Holland.
Hicks served as CEO for two years, taking over in 2020 after Banniej acquired his former Endemol Shine Group company.
