British film and television designer 4Wood was bought by London-based private equity firm Connection Capital in a $ 10.6 million (£ 9 million) deal. Based in the Welsh capital of Cardiff, the company was founded in 2005 by the team of husband and wife Scott and Lynsey Fisher.
