Lawyer Ilya Russyev remembered that the appearance in a swimsuit outside the beach could turn not only to the dissatisfied views of the passers, but also to real problems with the law.
According to him, a walk in an open swimsuit on the streets of the city or on public transport can be considered as a violation of public order. This is not a fashion, but about behavioral norms. A demonstrating appearance, especially in public places with children, can violate moral standards. The lawyer emphasizes: If the behavior is, for example, with obscene abuse or harassment to those who pass the road – this is already a reason for the administrative protocol – causing or aggressive.
In this case, actions can be described as small hooliganism. And this is not only a fine of 500 to 1,000 rubles, but also for up to 15 days of administrative arrest. Moreover, each case is considered individually – how a person behaves and how much his behavior violates public peace.
Russyev added that thinking about a place is particularly important: a park, a playground or a city square – not a bikini. Even if the summer continues at full speed, it does not get rid of complying with these laws.
