Almost half of those surveyed feel completely stable in their jobs, and a third felt more stable before. At the same time, one in five people consider their situation to be unstable.
More than 40 percent of Russians find it difficult to answer the question about the demand for their profession in the next five years. About 23% of respondents are confident they will always find a job. Another 22% believe it will be more difficult for them to find a job due to increased competition.
It was also revealed that most of the respondents had friends at work. At the same time, those who work in a hybrid format are less likely to make friends.
