You probably won’t see anything more beautiful than these photos today. Renowned photographer Rachel Moore took a close-up shot of a female humpback whale’s eye, showing its extraordinary blue color in detail.
The photo was taken near the island of Tahiti. Unfortunately, just two days after this encounter, a young whale called sweet girl fell victim to a speeding ship.
