The video, which shows a marriage proposal at a Disneyland Paris theme park ending a marriage proposal, is an online conviction for ruining a couple’s special moment.
Information is leaked by Newsweek that the video, originally posted on Reddit and now gone viral, has been downloaded 85,000 times.
The man, who was proposing to his girlfriend, asked a park employee for permission before setting up a platform in front of Cinderella’s prison to ask the question. As he kneels on the seal box, the clerk runs to the scene, shoots arrows between the two, and picks up the seal box. He then gets off the platform and orders the couple to complete the ceremony from the platform.
“We are sorry about the way it has been handled,” a Disney spokesperson told Newsweek.
The men in 2018 sued the company for canceling its offer at Orlando’s Disney World. An employee involved in the lawsuit was also charged with physical harassment.
A request for comment from the Disney Corporation on both incidents was not immediately returned.
