October 28 marks the one-year anniversary of the death of Friends star Matthew Perry. Relatives, who remained silent for a long time, began to share their thoughts about the drama.
The actor’s mother, Suzanne Morrison, believes Perry sensed death was approaching. He talked about a strange conversation with the actor shortly before the tragedy.
“It happened while he was showing me one of his new houses. He came to me and said: “I love you very much and I am very happy to be with you now. And I’m not afraid anymore.’ And that bothered me,” Suzanne, 76, told Today’s Savannah Guthrie.
Matthew Perry, 54, was found dead in his Pacific Palisades home. The actor’s official cause of death was listed as acute exposure to a prescription drug. He was taking it as part of his treatment for anxiety and depression.
However, the investigation revealed that the fatal dose of medication Perry took was not prescribed by a doctor. He obtained the drugs through a criminal network. Regarding the death of the actor on August 15, Dr. Mark Chavez, MD. Salvador Plasencia, Eric Fleming, Kenneth Iwamasa and Javin Sanga were arrested.
Chavez, Iwamasa and Fleming pleaded guilty in the case. Sanga and Plasencia continue to deny the accusations.
