The Moscow Savelovsky Court accepted the defense’s requests to release part of Elena Blinovskaya’s money from confiscation and transfer it for payment of the debt. RIA Novosti reports this.
It is stated that we are talking about about 97 million rubles in various Russian banks. Lawyers insisted that the arrest be lifted from the accounts of the creator of “Marathon of Desires” on the condition that the money be immediately transferred to the tax office. It is known that the blogger has already repaid about 320 million of 1.15 billion rubles.
However, the court refused to meet the blogger’s appeal to the tax authorities. Previously, Blinovskaya, together with her lawyer, argued that the amount of debt was calculated incorrectly, but the court did not change its decision.
By the way, the court has already allowed Elena to pay part of the debt using real estate in the amount of 90 million rubles. The seizure of one of its apartments was lifted.
