It’s snack time and we’re hungry. This is why we decided to share with you our recipe that always works (and which you can customize with whatever you prefer).
The recipe for crunchy oatmeal cookies
To make this recipe you will need:
- 70 g of oat flour
- 15 g of flour (whatever you want, wheat, buckwheat, rice)
- 45 g of almond powder (or hazelnut)
- 40 g of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 g of peanut (or almond) puree.
- 20 g of neutral oil
- 35 g of water (or milk if you prefer, vegetable or not)
- 1 handful of chopped peanuts, almonds or hazelnuts
- 1 handful chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
Start by doing preheat the oven to 180°C. Then, in a salad bowl, mix all the dry ingredientsAND add all wet foods such as puree, oil and water. Mix until a good mass is formed. Form about 10 balls which you will then place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Flatten each ball a little, and soon, in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Once the biscuits are ready, let them cool before eating them. You can store them in an airtight container for 5-7 days (if you’ve never eaten them all before).
